 THE FUGITIVE SCHOLAR 
A Primary School special. A day-long workshop for KS2 history, linking with the study of the Tudors.
The Story: William Tyndale, a young boy, has a dream to free his land from the power of corrupt medieval rulers. To do this, he needs to translate an ancient book, the Bible, into the language of the common people,English. This makes him an outlaw and the most wanted man in England.The Credo Storytellers and Scenechange Theatre Company will take pupils on a journey of high drama, and court intrigue in the time of King Henry VIII. It will include a balance of storytelling, drama and investigation.
Learning materials are provided for teachers for classroom work. Taking bookings now.
